Narcissus Replete

Double flowered Replete is one of the few daffs that I have added in the garden in last two years and became one of my faves. The blooms are heavy and I think they really are good cut flowers. Or maybe provide them with support if planned on growing them for garden color.

Here in this photo, you can see 3 different stages of the flower, from opening to full bloom.

I picked up all of my daff Replete early this morning as they were all down to the ground due to the rain and wind. I washed the dirt off them.

Hello Lily, i can see you are able to post again. Those daffodils are so beautiful with the darker petty coats on each skirt!

I too have Narcissus Replete in my garden & they look exactly like yours, beautiful. However when you do a search the major bulb suppliers show a pink flower, not nice. Can only assume there are 2 with same name! So anyone out there who wants these in thier garden be careful what you buy, may not be what you are expecting.

They look so pretty. I would never have imagined that they were soiled if you hadn't mentioned it.

@Jean,

I did a search online and a few sellers list 'Replete' as pink daff. Mine were bought from BB store and they bloom exactly the same as the packaging photo. Interestingly, Aaron of EdensBlooms grow them first before he carried them on his online store. The bloom is the same as the photos show in this post.
